A plethora of segments, extracted from five works in Cunningham's oeuvre, are interwoven to create an ongoing sequence of material that is put through various sieves, re-catalogued, infused with external influences, and re-performed by two exceptional dancers. Questions, theories, histories, legacies, cultures, and personalities are explicitly brought to the fore through the dancing. Local guest scholars and artists join the dancers on stage.
